INTRODUCTORY SESSION & REQUIREMENT MAPPING
We begin by learning about your requirements, team culture, project and technology stack, and internal recruitment activities. We also established the workflow and details of our collaboration during this meeting.
SPOTTINGÂ TALENT
We understand how to communicate with software developers. We will leverage networking, recommendations, and social sourcing strategies to discover suitable people through our recruitment operations.
INTERNAL INTERVIEWS AND APPLICATION SCREENING
We go over the background skillset during our internal interviews to get to know the candidates who need to be well-matched to your company. Software Engineer
